Tyzenhauz is a family business with over 10 years of experience in professional management of leasing and renting apartments. We manage over 110 apartments in three cities, maintaining an intimate character and direct relationships with investors and guests.
The owners – Karolina and Andrzej Pietruscy – are responsible for development and direction of operations. Thanks to a well-coordinated team, we comprehensively care for every aspect of the property: from strategy and finance, through reservations, technical issues, to cleanliness, communication, and marketing.

Thanks to this structure, we are able not only to respond but also to anticipate the needs of guests and owners. The property owner remains in constant contact with a dedicated caretaker, receives regular reports and full support, and daily duties are taken over by Tyzenhauz.
