All costs related to rental management, including booking portal services, reception with luggage storage, marketing activities, technical service, housekeeping, liability insurance, and accounting, are covered by Tyzenhauz.

The owner’s side only remains responsible for standard property maintenance costs, such as administrative fees, utilities, Internet, television, and home insurance.

Flat-Rate Model

The flat-rate model is aimed at investors who value peace of mind, stability, and predictable income. The owner receives a fixed monthly rent regardless of the season or apartment occupancy level.

In this option, all costs related to rental management, including reception, marketing, technical service, housekeeping, liability insurance, and accounting, are also covered by Tyzenhauz.

Additionally, the costs of maintaining the apartment, such as administrative fees, utilities, Internet, and television, are our responsibility. The only obligation remaining for the owner is to purchase property insurance.
